Before I became a dog owner, I thought it was silly,unfair, and perhaps a bit inhumane to dress dogs up forHalloween. Since those days, I have become a dog owner andnow realize dogs love to participate in all activities(except a trip to the veterinarian). However, it isalso, sadly, one of the most abused holidays of the year.Many things have changed about the holiday, but some havestayed just the way they always were.
